Scite of the day

Today's Scite is the Mt St Helens volcanocam. We're coming into the Pacific Northwest season where this is a fun site to check regularly. Yesterday the mountain was completely socked in- there was nothing in the picture but solid gray cloud. Today, beautiful! There are a number of views here; explore the site to find the others. The link above is to the high-res large picture without java refresh.

I also recommend the image archives, with a large number of pictures and movies. There's a button for this portion of the site in the upper left of the page. A movie I particularly enjoy is the volcano dancing in the moonlight (9.6 MB).
